The administrative and medical data concerning your stay are computerized according to the order of July 22nd, 1996 concerning the collection and the data processing of medical activities. These data are passed on to the doctor responsible for the medical information of the establishment and are protected by the medical confidentiality.
According to the business ethics medical and at the measures of the law “Computing and Liberties”, in particular articles 34 and 40 of the law of January 06th, 1978, every patient can exercise his rights of access and rectification with the doctor responsible for the medical information, through the practitioner who constituted the file.
