• Quality approach

Since 1998, the Emilie de Vialar private hospital made a commitment in an approach of continuous improvement of the quality, the main objective of which is to optimize the quality and the safety of the care given to the patient.

In this logic, evaluations are realized:

• A procedure of external audit every 4 years, by the High Authority of Health:

The private hospital was certified in October, 2008 without any recommendation (See the report of certification).

• Surveys and internal audits, realized regularly with the professionals and the patients.

Within the framework of these evaluations, every patient systematically sees putting back a questionnaire of satisfaction, on which he can announce us his remarks. These questionnaires are monthly analyzed and actions of improvement are implemented when it is possible.
 

• Committee of fight against the iatrogenic infections

Chairman: Doctor Nicolas BONIN (surgeon).

A committee of fight against the iatrogenic infections exists. It organizes, in the private hospital, the fight against the iatrogenic infections.
 

• Committee of fight against pain

Chairman: Françoise LE MEUR (pharmacist).

The coverage of patient’s pain is one of our priorities. So, the pain is regularly evaluated.

A committee of fight against pain exists, drawing up in particular some texts with the drugs to use in order to care the pathologies of our structure.
