Phone
A direct access to the network by composing 0 allows to you to emit and to receive your communications. A number of direct line will be communicated with you the day of your admission.

Mail
The mail received for you in the establishment is distributed to you every day. Letters stamped which must be sent are to be sent to the reception before 4 pm.

Catering
The meals which are served to you take into account possible limitations required by your health. They are served in rooms to the following schedules:

• Breakfast: from 7:00 am

• Lunch: from 12:00 am

• Dinner: from 6:00 pm

If you do not eat some food, do not hesitate to indicate it, we shall take into account it as far as our means.

Library
On inquiry, books can be lent to you. The person in charge of the services of care will inform you.

Cafeteria
A cafeteria is at your disposal in the first floor of the establishment. You will find a hot and cold drink vending machine and a sweets vending machine.

You can consume and relax there, with your family or your friends.

Television
All the rooms are equipped with colour television screens. You have access to 18 satellite channels. Disposable headphones are for sale in the reception (2€), they will allow you to listen to your television in any discretion.

The personal televisions are not accepted.

Interpreter
If you don’t speak French, an employees' list who can serve you as interpreter is available with the person in charge of the hospitalization unit.

Visits
They are authorized from 12:00 am till 8:00 pm, the mornings being reserved for the care. For the well-being of all, it is asked you to:

• Respect the rest of your neighbours.

• Limit your visits to 2 persons by room.

• Avoid any noise pollution.

Accommodation of your family
On inquiry, and exceptionally, the accompanying persons can sleep with the patients staying in single room. A camp bed will be putted up to them. The meals can be taken in the room of the patient (inform the medical team).

Only the person in charge of the unit of care is authorized to satisfy your request.

Other possibilities of accommodation and catering exist near the establishment. The welcoming staff will inform you.

Damage
In case of disappearance of objects, damage or break-in among which a patient or a visitor could be responsible, the direction reserves the right to claim the expenses of replacement or restoration.
